Responsibilities:
1,The establishment of high-value natural product synthesis route, product separation and purification;
2,Design the study plan and provide feasibility report and time plan;
3,Data processing and analysis, summary of experimental results and reports, writing SCI papers and patents;
4,R & D project schedule management to ensure the efficient completion of the expected goals;
5,Responsible for leading the team to carry out the promotion work of 2-3 different pipelines, monthly plan, etc;
6、Complete other temporary work assigned by the company leader.
Requirements:
1,Doctoral degree, major in microbiology, biotechnology, molecular biology, fermentation engineering, metabolic engineering, etc.; Ph.D. graduates from well-known foreign universities or domestic 985 or 211 universities are preferred;
2,Postdoctoral work experience or more than 2 years related work experience; Project management experience is preferred;
3,Proficient in microbial gene editing, metabolic pathway modification, enzyme engineering and other technologies;
4,Have innovative consciousness and research spirit; Strong ability of analysis and judgment;
5,Clear thinking, rigorous, strong practical ability and learning ability;
6,With good literature access, information collection and processing and document writing ability;
7,Good cooperation and communication skills.
